Position Summary

As a Junior Educator at Rhythm and Hues (R&H) Malaysia, you will be responsible for providing the online documentation and the classroom education experience for new digital artists at its primary facilities in Kuala Lumpur. You will be also required to support the education initiatives of other R&H facilities worldwide.
As a Junior Educator, you will be amongst the first to interact with the new employees and will therefore be expected to be a role model for R&H Malaysia in terms of professional behavior, friendly and helpful nature, and be an ambassador for the core values and culture of R&H.

Responsibilities

· Learning R&H's proprietary software and tools.
· Teaching classes and workshops on production standards and best practices for all R&H employees.
· Assisting in documentation for all departments.
· Liaising regularly with other educational institutes and get trainers as well as students interested in R&H projects.
· Manage and track training schedules, attendance, completion and evaluation.
· Maintaining education resources (disk space, programs, user tools).
· Traveling to R&H locations worldwide to facilitate on-site training.

Required Skills / Experience

· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in 3D Graphics.
· UNIX, HTML, Wiki, and Maya (or equivalent) experience.
· Understanding of the 3D and 2D components of computer graphics production.
· At least one year experience in teaching, tutoring and creating documentation.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
· Ability to learn quickly, motivate others in learning, work in teams, and share information.

Desired Skills / Experience

· Knowledge of Linux.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Organizational and time management skills.
