Human Resource Executive
Position Summary
The focus will be on offering value added service to the internal customers.
· Recruitment: Screening, filtering CV's for Technical and Non-technical positions which includes sourcing CVs through job portals, placement agencies, employee referrals, etc.,
coordinating with various Placement consultants,
scheduling & managing interviews, hands on experience in induction and hand holding of new joinees,
· Administration: Maintenance of personnel records and statistics, administrative duties like issuing I-cards regarding attendance, updating leave records,
employees insurancepolicies.
· Employee Engagement: Driving various initiatives to creating fun / excitement at Work Place,
introduce innovative and creative HR initiatives, Culture building.
Desired Profile:
· Post Graduate in HR from a reputed institute
· Innovative/creative, excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
· Should have a pleasing personality.
· Excellent oral & written communication skills with a high degree of empathy.
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of post qualification experience preferably in the ITES / Entertainment / Media industry.
