Position Summary:

The Hardware Technician is responsible for installation and maintenance of equipment for Rhythm & Hues Studios.

Responsibilities:

The Hardware Technician performs the following duties:

• Working with Linux O/S and hardware
• Monitor Calibration - Using Color Scope to calibrate monitors through out the facility
• MAC/PC Troubleshooting - including software installation, network problem solving, hardware repair/upgrades, and new machine setup

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of computer hardware
• Experience repairing computer hardware
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task.

Desired Skills:

• CS, IS or Engineering major or 2-4years real world hands on experience
• Linux knowledge
• Desire to learn
