Applicant must indicate the start date of the program that he / she is applying and packages must be submitted or postmarked by the deadline for that program
- Cover letter with the program start date and resume. **Resume should list relevant software experience**
- Demo reel (DVD or VHS only) **Please, no CDs, websites or original works of art**
- Shot breakdown sheet (including your role on each shot and what software was used)
- Completed Apprentice Program Application Form
