Tom Shadyac directed Steve Carrel as a U.S. Congressman who receives a message from God (Morgan Freeman) to prepare for a great flood. Rhythm & Hues VFX Supervisor Doug Smith orchestrated the live action shoot with dozens of trained animals filmed on blue screen sets. He’s also orchestrated creation of numerous CG animals at Rhythm & Hues, for integration into live action plates, along with digital set extensions and water effects.
