One of the world’s leading producers of quality character animation and visual effects for the entertainment industry, Rhythm & Hues Studio’s Feature Film division is an Academy Award® winning, state-of-the-art production facility, led by Lee Berger, president, along with Julie D’Antoni Donovan and Bill Tlusty, executive producers. R&H Films offers filmmakers a highly resourceful creative production team whose combined expertise draws upon the studio’s unique array of technology and talent. With the capacity to produce simultaneous large scale productions, Rhythm & Hues is committed to the full support of filmmakers in service of their creative vision.

Among the studio’s numerous distinctions are two Academy Awards for Achievement in Visual Effects: “The Golden Compass,” in 2008, (which also won the BAFTA award for Special Visual Effects); and “Babe” in 1995. R&H was nominated for an Oscar in 2005 for “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion the Witch and Wardrobe,” and made significant contributions to “Happy Feet,” the Academy Award-winning Best Animated Feature Film of 2006. In addition, the studio is the recipient of four Scientific and Technical Awards from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, most recently in 2010 for the Queue, Rhythm & Hues’ distributed render management system.
