Rhythm and Hues

Deborah Gates Austin co-founded and managed an east coast recording studio and animation boutique before joining Rhythm & Hues. At R+H, she uses that experience in assembling high-performance, multi-function teams of artists for rh | boX, the company’s fast turnaround animation and visual effects unit, specializing in games cinematics and trailers, special projects and commercial work.

Deborah oversees day-to-day production in the boX, including creative management, pipeline development, and recruiting. She is also acts as hands-on producer for many boX projects.
