As Rhythm & Hues’ Director of Digital Production, Ken Roupenian oversees all of the Los Angeles digital artist departments, as well as the Education, Video Post and International Management teams.

Ken joined Rhythm & Hues in 1993 as a commercial producer, and was soon promoted to head of production for the Commercial division. Later, Ken moved to Rhythm & Hues’ Production Management team, overseeing both the Lighting and Animation departments. Since being appointed to director of digital production, Ken has played an important role in all of the studio’s feature and commercial productions.

Prior to his tenure at Rhythm & Hues, Ken worked at Columbia and TriStar Television in the Publicity department as head of photo on such shows as “Who’s the Boss?,” “Designing Women,” and “Married… With Children,” to name a few.

Ken’s first industry job out of college was as a freelance PA in television production. After that, he worked at a variety of jobs in the entertainment industry ranging from an audience page at Universal Studios to a publicity coordinator and assistant to the late film and television composer Jack Elliott and The New American Orchestra.

A native of Roselle, New Jersey, Ken earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film from New York University.
