Rhythm and Hues

David Weinberg serves as chief financial officer for Rhythm and Hues, Inc. His fiscal duties reflect positions of increasing responsibility across a broad range of strategic and operational disciplines.

After beginning his career with Rhythm & Hues in 1989 as a technical director, Mr. Weinberg quickly moved into the Production Management department, where he was instrumental in growing the studio from a small group of 40 employees into a major animation facility with over 600 employees, including 300 digital artists. In 1996, he was promoted to vice president of digital production, where he was responsible for the management of all of the studio’s computer driven production.

In 2002, Mr. Weinberg assumed the position of chief financial officer in addition to his responsibilities as the vp of digital production. In this role, he has implemented many financial and strategic business-planning methodologies that have created a greater awareness for financial performance. Today he is responsible for all the financial aspects of the company, including strategic planning.

Mr. Weinberg holds degrees from New York University and School of Visual Arts.
