CAROLINE GALBRAITH

As Vice President, Human Resources for Rhythm & Hues Studios, Caroline Galbraith is responsible for managing the H.R. function and overseeing the recruitment area to develop appropriate people strategies in support of the studio’s business initiatives.
Prior to entering the entertainment industry with Rhythm & Hues, Caroline served as the regional human resources officer for California at USI Insurance Services; the senior vp of H.R. for First Federal Bank of California; director of H.R. for BDO Seidman, LLP; and the human resources manager at Johnson & Higgins, where she was promoted four times during her tenure. Caroline has shared her expertise in various media, from a CNN program on employee recruitment, to the book, “101 Hiring Mistakes Employers Make,” and an article in H.R. Magazine.
Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations & Economics from McGill University. She has several certifications including a CEBS Designation from the Wharton School of Business.
