Rhythm and Hues

• Tours are limited to groups of up to 20 people.
• Please make your tour request at least two weeks prior to your date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate “drop-in”/same day request tours.
• Tours are usually scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with 10:00 am or 2:00 pm start times. Let us know if you would like us to consider another time.
• Tours are not available on weekends or evenings.
• Tours last between 60 and 90 minutes.
• Student tour groups should be third grade or higher.
• Foreign language tours much provide their own interpreter.
• Please let us know if your group needs special accommodations for handicapped or other individuals.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please notify us as soon as you can, preferably by email, the earlier the better.

Tour Booking Organizations: Because of the high volume of tour requests we receive, please schedule only one tour per six month period.

Thanks for your interest in Rhythm & Hues. The following guidelines and FAQ’s will make it easier for you to reserve a tour by providing you with this automated procedure as well as answers to the most frequently asked questions about our tour program.

To reserve a tour:

1. Review the Tour Guidelines above.

2. Fill out the online Tour Request Form.

3. Once you have submitted your online request form, we’ll contact you via email within 48 hours of your request with a confirmation of your tour date and time.
